RULES OF COMMON COURTESY: In order to provide a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for everyone, Alameda Towne Centre asks your cooperation in complying with the rules of courtesy on the reverse side. We strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible. If you have input on how we can improve, feel free to contact the management office. Alameda Towne Centre is a privately owned roperty. We welcome all visitors and are committed to providing them the best environment we can. Therefore, we have established these rules and regulations to maintain a business-like atmosphere and to assure the safety and comfort of all customers. The following behavior is prohibited on Alameda Towne Centre property: 1. Visiting without shirt or shoes 2. Possession of open containers of alcohol or consumption of alcoholic beverages (except in areas where tenants of the Centre are lawfully serving alcoholic beverages to adults over the legal drinking age) or possession of any illegal substances. 3. Disorderly or disruptive conduct of any nature, including: use of obscene or insulting language or gestures; loitering; running, fighting, yelling, throwing objects, littering, or playing radios at an unreasonable volume. 4. Riding a bicycle, skateboard, scooter, rollerskates, or rollerblades on Centre property. 5. Distributing literature, offering any items for sale, soliciting signatures, or conducting surveys; provided that certain solicitations and like activities may be permitted in areas designated by the owner, with the owner’s express prior written approval. 6. Any act which could result in physical harm to persons or damage to any property. 7. Possession of weapons. 8. Any act prohibited by local, state, or federal codes or laws. Persons who violate these rules may be subject to expulsion and/or banned, from Alameda Towne Centre property by public safety officers or subject to arrest by the local police authority. Violators of banning orders may be subject to arrest or prosecution for criminal trespass.
